Hola beloved Sangha!

As a remedy for our linear lives, our Sangha comes together to support our individual and collective exploration of the circular rhythms of season, mood, body, spirit, and the natural world.

With our deepening breaths and asana alive with lunar pulse and fluidity, we access the Divine Feminine energies of this world to unwind all that is straight and narrow out of our facia and minds.

In our bodies and brains we carry the stress of a world molded by that which is often unconsciously driven, linear, colonizing and traumatizing. Yoga becomes an opportunity for genuine healing when taught in the opposite reflection: curious, circular, de-colonizing, and non-violent in the asana, the body and the psyche.

To heal our inner and outer worlds, the Lunar principle needs to be restored back into the fabric of our societies, our communities, our families, our bodies, and our psyches. The practice of Luna Yoga allows for the full integration of Divine Feminine principles, so that kindness, compassion, connection, and nurturance aren’t just something we know intellectually, rather we embody them from the heart. We lead and live from the Goddess within.

If the Lunar spirit calls to you as an antidote to life’s imbalances, by all means, join us.

One in the breath,
